Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Shengdo and Universal Distant Healing websites, as well as all services offered by Michel Immerzeel and/or Anne Schokkaert, practitioners of energy and body wellness.
Services can be provided:
• remotely
• in person
Any reservation or purchase constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Nature of Services
Shengdo offers wellness services focused on relaxation, energy balancing, and personalized support.
Universal Distant Healing offers only remote services.
The services offered do not constitute medical or paramedical treatments.
Principle of Co-Creation
The services are based on a collaborative process between the practitioner and the client:
• The practitioner works on the energetic and physical levels
• The client actively participates through personal integration.
Results vary from person to person.
Reservations and Service Procedures
Services are provided by appointment or according to the terms described at the time of purchase. For certain remote sessions, the client’s presence is not required. A report may be sent after the session.
Payments
Payments are made on-site or through secure platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, or Systeme.io. Prices are listed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.
Specific Terms and Conditions for In-Person Services
Contraindications
The client agrees to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments. The practitioner may modify or refuse a session for safety reasons.
Informed Consent
The client acknowledges:
• having received the necessary information
• understanding the wellness-oriented nature of the services
• being free to interrupt the session at any time.
Hygiene and Mutual Respect
The client agrees to respect hygiene rules and the professional setting. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Client tardiness or absence
In the event of tardiness, the session may be shortened without a reduction in the fee. In the event of absence without prior cancellation, compensation equal to the original duration of the session may be claimed at the practitioner’s sole discretion. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Force Majeure
In the event of an unforeseeable circumstance preventing the service from being provided, the session may be rescheduled or refunded depending on the situation.
Packages and Transformational Support Programs
Programs consisting of multiple sessions constitute a comprehensive commitment.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Packages are non-refundable once they have begun
• Sessions must be used within their validity period.
Post-Session Reactions
Temporary physical or emotional reactions may occur. The client remains responsible for their own care and should consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Right to Refusal
The practitioner may refuse or discontinue a service in the event of:
• contraindications
• inappropriate behavior
• requests outside the scope of professional practice
Remote Sessions
Some sessions may be conducted without the client’s active presence. Results vary from person to person.
Refund Policy
Services rendered are non-refundable. A refund may be granted:
• up to 24 hours before a session
• in the event of a payment error
• in the event of a duplicate purchase.
Liability
Shengdo and Universal Distant Healing do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological conditions. The services are complementary to medical care.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
• provide accurate information
• take responsibility for their personal decisions
• consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
PRIVACY POLICY
The data collected is used solely for the following purposes:
• providing services
• sending reports
• managing payments
• providing customer support
The data is never resold.
